Able to see what RC Application that user are using (Mobile or PC app).

If RC is going to retire or sunset a application the customer need to be able to tell if any of the user are using the retire application.

    Not sure if this will help but if you access the Quality of Service report in the Admin Portal (Reports --> Analytics --> Quality of Service [hover your mouse of the far left side of the screen to populate] --> Calls) you can see a list of all the calls taken. You can then filter on the name of each of your team members and the "endpoint" section will show how they are accessing RingCentral (Desktop, Mobile, App Browser, etc.) There is a way to see the various versions the users is utilizing as well but I cannot recall how to populate it, but I have seen it so I know it's there.

Our company has multiple offices with different phone numbers and ext. I use mobile app to monitor calls and text that the offices are receiving but can only monitor 1 right now
