Allow Call Queues to Have an Exit Button and Announce a Caller's Place in the Queue

When a client calls and is holding for a CSR they can have an announcement every minute to let them know their place in the queue. If the client does not wish to hold for a CSR, they can press 0 to leave a voicemail.

This would benefit client satisfaction since they will have flexibility if they do not wish to wait and they can get an idea of how many calls are ahead of them.
