Update Canvas LTI interface to put meetings in both the meetings portion of the course and in the overall Canvas calendar (like Zoom does)

Pretty much what the title says: Update Canvas LTI interface to put meetings in both the meetings portion of the course and in the overall Canvas calendar (like Zoom does).

This benefits students by giving them a single place to look for all of their virtual Zoom classes. They can go to the calendar and click to enter. This is also a requirement from our Dean of Students' Office. Because of that, we haven't been able to switch from Zoom to RingCentral yet.
