We are currently utilizing a chrome extension in the Contact Center that automatically pauses screen recording when we go to a specific website to input credit card numbers so the call or screen doesn't get recorded. Once the website is closed, the recording resumes. This is a PCI compliance requirement for us. We would like to have the same developed in the UC platform.
