Program a forward button to transfer incoming calls to another desk phone without answering the call.

It would be very helpful to have a physical button on the desk phone that can forward the call to another desk phone/extension without needing to answer it initially. This can help our customer not having to enable the custom rule on their online account and just be able to transfer the call as quickly as possible.

    If the Receptionist is out sick or whatever, I should be able to walk over to her desk and hit a forward button and some extension so that all calls are automatically redirected to that extension temporarily until it is cancelled. Why is this feature not available with RingCentral?

    This is a very basic feature we are asking for and has been around on all phone systems since the first phone systems were first designed. Why can't RingCentral figure out this basic feature?
