Contact Ordering, Grouping from Classic to Unified App

It would be helpful to have the classic feature of being able to have group conversations as their own category (like favorites, teams and direct messages) and to be able to change the order of those categories: I really would like to see direct messages on the bottom of the list and not teams since it is the longest.

    Agreed the ability to change Favorites and Direct Messages is there. Our Call Center supervisors use Teams more than anything else. They should be able to move that to the top of the list.

    Looks like this was enhanced slightly in the latest release. We can re-arrange Favorites and Direct messages, but Teams is stuck at the bottom. It also seems that separating group messages into a separate bucket is still not possible. Thanks for the partial progress.
