call queue missed call push notification on mobile devices

The customer is interested in receiving push notifications on their mobile device for missed calls from the call queue. This feature would enhance their accessibility by providing alerts when they're away from their desktop or computer.

    Upvote! Please allow text notifications to be enabled for missed calls and/or voicemails per call queue. This is extremely important for our emergency call queue. If no one answers, everyone needs to be alerted via text that we had a missed call so we can handle the emergency ASAP.

    Hi,

    We're using call queues as afterhours support and only on team member is available at a time. It would be nice to have a setting that allow available members to receive a push notification on their mobile phone via the smartphone app of Ringcentral. At the moment this does not happen when receiving calls from a call queue.
