Messaging: Convert User to Guest

Example: a user leaves a company but they want to retain their conversation history and still have the ability to communicate with other agents in their former company. Looking for a way for admins to convert users from agents to guests. This would allow the user extension to be deleted from the account but not delete the users history and still allow them to use the product with just Guest features.

    I voted for this as it is a nice feature in some scenarios. This should not be a general release feature and should require a legal document for transfer of customer data to another entity. A legal document should be signed to enable this for an account as well.
