SMS text messaging is a huge part of our business. I would like to see analytics reporting like we have it for phone calls around SMS to be able to track that KPI per user group and employee.
Any update on ths Ring Central? It's a rater urgent feature and we know you are tracking the information some way anyway so it should not be too dificult to allow us access to it.
This would be a great feature as well to add. We would like to be able to monitor and track the SMS events that happened. Hopefully this can be added soon

Really really really need a way to see who is using RC texting. I am estimating this will be a 10+% increase in my monthly spend and I have no idea how it's being use by my people.
Currently I would have to download the log file, download my user list, update the users tab to concat first/last name into a column, manually add the queue number/names to the user tab so that the queue name is in the same column as the concat user name, then use a vlookup to add the names. Then I can set doing sums.
Couldn't agree more on this request. The mechanism is there because RC is charging for texting so they are counting somewhere, some how. Please get this added ASAP.
We really need this. You are now charging for texting but we have no way to track or see metrics regarding this.

Customer needs sms analytics to allow the company review the number of SMS texts an employee is sending and receiving. Huge requirement for compliance and cost prediction.

How in the world is this not addressed yet! EVERYTHING is tracked or counted and its important, we need our metrics...inbound calls, outbound calls, calls that went to voicemail, missed calls, faxes sent, faxes received, meetings....we just need a very simple SMS sent, SMS received (or at least I do). Lets start there and get this done ASAP. Thx RC!
We've been with RingCentral for 3 years already, and we hope we don't have to wait another year to get this feature. It's a pain tracking our SMS KPIs when we can't even have something as simple as the number of SMS sent per individual as a baseline metric.
Hi, we are a new user of RingCentral. We have gone through the Analytics and did not find reports for SMS. Can you please add reports for SMS also.
