increase recording storage time frame

Due to many new requirements by organizations like CMS calls recording are required to be kept for 10 years. With cloud based technology the storage can be unlimited. Even for an additional fee.

    I agree with this completely. We are in a regulated environment that generates a lot of call volume to current patients and prospective patients into our program. We hit the 100,000 call limit within 30 days in most cases. While we do archive calls using the provided archiving tool, it creates additional integration difficulties with apps like Salesforce when the link the calls in the logs go invalid after approximately 30 days. More space is needed for sure.
