SMS text messaging symbols need to be redesigned
On Windows the RC app needs to make it easier to text (not messaging) to an outside phone. As it is right now, you have to click on Phone symbol on the left and hit + symbol at top right and hit "Send new text", or go to the + symbol first. Either way, this is very confusing to new users who are being trained to use the app in my office. You guys should design a new symbol on the left for SMS text messaging. Also, the current symbol for in-app messaging is confusing because it looks too much like the SMS text messaging symbol we all use on our phones. My new users click on that symbol thinking that they will be texting to an outside phone and then realize that it only goes in-house.
