Team Admin or Team Leader mentions?

Feb. 2 from Louise: Have you considered giving the option for Team Admin or Team Leader mentions?

Example of what this feature would look like:

In this room, I can alert everyone by @-mentioning Team. But maybe I don't want to get the attention of every member, I want to get the attention of a subset of folks (Arthur, Anam, Irene, maybe). So instead, the preferences could be set to have Arthur, Irene, Anam be set as "team leaders" and I could alert you by @-mentioning Team Leader (or something along those lines)

    More reasoning: This comes up in rooms where we have support. You want to get the attention of the "big guns" of the room, but the only way to do it is to message the Team overall. Which sends an alert to everyone in the room, whether or not they really can answer the question / are the audience of the message

Tag specific people within teams.

It would be nice if we could set up specific groups within chats so it could tag only a few people. So if we wanted to set up a tag for management and only notify 5 out of 50 people, we could.
