Please make it possible for two different numbers ringing on the same line to have unique ring tones

This would allow someone working with two different companies such as myself to differentiate by ringer the number the caller has dialed to reach the line. In a perfect world I could prepare myself and answer with the correct company greeting.

    Yes! Hard to believe this isn't already a standard feature.


Customize ring tone for different extensions to allow us to know who the incoming call is for.

We have a few employees that will handle different calls for instance, guests, owners, emergencies, etc. Are we able to set up a different type ring tone for each extension so that when our phones ring we will know who needs to answer it.

Differentiate ring tones based on who they called

I am logged into a queue for helpdesk.. and doing so, I would like to step away to do other work close to my desk but know that when my phone is ringing that calls for the helpdesk are ringing in a fashion that I can Identify it as a helpdesk call...
