add a "ding" for text
When we use the text feature to text each other in the office, there is no audio "ding" notifying a user that they have a text. This makes the feature untimely as a result because the person receiving the message often doesn't notice it.

We do have a notification for SMS. Make sure that the Direct Message does have a tone.
