right now, you can only block a number to a specific employee extension/number. I would like a feature to do a company wide block of a specific incoming number. Going employee by employee takes too much time. Also, there is no way to block a caller from the main company number.
This is essential in a call center world and today alone, we have received over 200 spam calls, though we have the feature showing those should not be able to come through on our account. Please implement this change sooner than later as companies that depend on reporting will no doubt need to have this feature as blocking per extension is extremely inefficient and time consuming.
