I work on a real state company where we have different type of properties, like, land, hoses, mobile homes, townhouse, among others, and sometimes is hard to track the conversations since they are all mixed up in between them.
It would help to have a "create a label" option to manage them easier.
Thank you for clarifying that you mean texts! There currently isn't a way to have folders for texts, but that is where your idea comes in :)

Thank you for the info, it works perfect for the regular messages option on the app, however we use it mostly for the phone text messages,
Is there any way you can create your personal folder and move there all type of conversations from any option on he app such as regular message (this one works fine), phone text messages, faxes, missed calls, voicemails, etc.?
In that way when a recepient is on an specific folder any type of contact from them to us would appear on that folder do you to have track of those that are under your eye.

We just introduced personal folders in the app: you're able to group conversations in a personalized folder to help organize your conversations. Let us know if this works!
