It would be helpful to have the option to show either the current call detail (the phone number that the agent is talking to) or simply the available/busy presence status only. For Administrators and Managers, the call detail is helpful. But ordinary agents should not see the phone number of who the CEO is talking to on their line.
As the previous speaker has already described, this required function in HUD is very important. In particular in the German-speaking area, since this is checked and monitored via the works council for the protection of employees in the companies. Even just the possibility of monitoring employees can lead to major legal disputes in the German-speaking countries before the court and the ACO is thus illegal and completely blocked in the respective company.
