Suppress audible ringing on ALL devices when on a call on ANY device Merged

Currently, if you are on a call, and another call comes in, the device you are speaking on will not ring but rather a soft beep or a buzz for the mobile app. However, if you have multiple devices all set to ring simultaneously such as the desktop app, mobile app, and desk phone (as all of my users do), then the other 2 devices will audibly ring (sometimes loudly) which is distracting. It would be helpful if ALL devices would recognize that you are on a call, and ALL of them would silence the incoming call sound, instead of just the one device you are talking on.
