Teams notifications Merged

I can set RC to notify me by sound and flashing icon if the app is minimized (taskbar) or out of focus. But when I open RC, I don't have an indication for messages that tells me why the RC icon on the task bar was flashing.

Also, if the app is "closed" that is in the systray, I get no notification that I have missed messages if I didn't get the initial sound.
