We'd like the option that if no reps are available to take a customer call, that the user simply be told that no reps are currently available and to try again later. Currently, that message is ONLY available if the queue (min 5 callers) is full. We need the ability to have this message if literally no one is available regardless if they are the only customer in the queue.
Like Adrian stated, we have a line in which our queue needs a "Play Message and Disconnect Option". We have no need for voicemails at that location.
When a call is not answered, there really needs to be an option to "Play message and disconnect" like there is for normal users.
For Call Queue, Under Call Handling & Members > Wait settings
1) "When maximum wait time is reached, send caller to" should become "When maximum wait time is reached"
2) Options should become
"Send caller to voicemail" and "Play message and disconnect"
