Hello, the Screen sharing that we use when we host meetings are extremely blurry on high resolution screens. The meeting recordings are also equally blurry. I have called support many times, and was told that I need to LOWER my screen resolution to fix the issue. I can lower the screen resolution but I cannot work like that. The screen is too zoomed in for me to work and share my screen. This needs to be fixed for our team. Zoom is a FREE option, and I have no problem on the video recordings using the same screen. They record HD quality no matter what resolution I use, or what resolution the other person have, so this needs to be fixed, because we are using zoom for our trainings now, but I am paying for Ringcentral. It does not make sense that I am paying for a service that I cannot use because of how horrible the service is. Also, this issue has NOTHING to do with the other person's screen or bad internet. I screen shared with just myself in the meeting, with FULL internet bars and the best internet connection, and it was the same issue. This is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP.
