We’re able to pull comprehensive reporting on RingCentral Meetings, user calling, messages, etc., but what is not available in the portal is reporting on the adoption and use of the audio only conference service assigned to each RingCentral user account. This is the audio bridge that supports up to 1000 connections per user.
The reports of interest are similar to other reporting standards within the portal, and include:
Number of audio conferences per user
Number of participants
Duration
Etc, etc.
