Be able to default to the main number instead of the direct line for SMS, and being able to change it for all users within the company.
Additionally it would be helpful to turn off texting from individual number but allow texting from the main company number. According to support, they can completely disable texting for a USER but not by phone number.
This feature would help a lot since we would be able to text patients through our main number and not random numbers that patients don't recognize.
this would really save us a lot of money. we currently use another company for this, and they are very expensive. we would be really pleased if Ring Central would start using this feature.
also need ability to have company SMS be directed to certain user and/or email
