Allow participants to choose their own breakout rooms in RingCentral Meetings Merged

This would be useful, especially when having larger groups of participants. Instead of long sections of downtime as the meeting host designates people to various meeting rooms, this would allow participants to choose instantaneously which room they would enter, rather than depending upon a single host to make these assignments.

We had a group meeting yesterday where we had several rounds of breaking different participants into specific (rather than random) rooms...and it would have gone much more smoothly if participants were able to have made the choice on their own.
