Phone Favorites or HUD Options in RingCentral Desktop App Merged

This is a feature currently available through the RingCentral Phone app that gives us the ability to quickly call specific people in our organization as well as have a quick glance of their current status. Not having this feature in the new app when the Phone app will no longer be available is going to slow down our call center and the response we give to our clients that call in for assistance.
