Simultaneous Call Queue Overflow to another Simultaneous Call Queue

Within the UC portal, it would be really useful if we can have a Simultaneous Call Queue Overflowing to another Simultaneous Call Queue. Only being able to use Overflow on Rotating Call Queue is very restrictive.

    Hi all, I've confirmed with our call queue product manager that this feature will not be implemented beyond these workarounds:

    1. Configure overflow agents as call queue pick up members. When pickup members are also call queue agents, they can pick up multiple queue calls concurrently. Learn how to do so: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Set-up-Call-Queue-Pickup-Group.html

    2. Configure the call queue wait settings to move the call to a secondary queue.

    Similar to another Enhancement Request Idea:
    "Allow queueing to multiple skills simultaneously without having to dequeue the originally targeted skill."

    This is LONG overdue and causing me to look at other providers. Cmon ring central, get it together.
