I want to change the order for Mobile and Desktop instead of putting it in Order 1 in default, if we can put it in Order 2 or 3.
It looked like they added this during the last change. But then it disappeared again after the DOS attacks. I think they reverted that change.
This is very serious problem. I had a client tell me today that on his phone he had it ring 8 or 9 times before we picked up. I happened to pick up on the first ring in this case. You cannot run a business phone service like this!
This has been an ask for years. And now that we're heading back to the office it really is necessary. Not sure why it just is posted as a "New idea" now.
