Improve PagerDuty Integration By Including Incident Title in RC

Currently, PagerDuty integration posts messages to RC that include only "Trigger Type", "Service", "Assigned To" and "Changed By". An incident identifier is also provided, but in our case is always "Incident: null"

PagerDuty events contain a "Title" field which would be extremely useful if provided in RC. Right now, due to the limited information displayed, we have to go to PagerDuty to get details on every single event.

Can the integration be updated to use the "title" or "description" in the display of the events?
