In the Ideas Portal, we encourage you to share your ideas and feature improvements for RingCentral products. Add to the IVR Menu an option to Return a call and a Text Message feature as well, for customers.

It comes in handy for customers that call a business after hours (potential buyers). We should be able to address them on their prefered contact method, especially for E-commerce companies, and hopefully obtain profit out of the call backs or text messages.
