Ring Central Sync with Salesforce Contacts
I am requesting an option to sync RC with Salesforce so, that all of the contacts from Salesforce (Jungo) sync with RC automatically as added.
To do this as an import periodically is timely but, if able to sync automatically just as you are able to call from RC via Jungo, it would only make sense that the contacts would automatically sync to RC app as well.

We need the ability to synch Salesforce contact to Ring Central. When using the mobile app, the names are not synched and we do not know who is calling us in Ring Central.
Is there any update on this? Maybe I misunderstood, but I was told that Jungo contacts sync with Ring Central, but I don't have any of my Jungo contacts in Ring Central.
Yes!!! This is extremely frustrating and needs to be fixed! It seems like it should easily be done to sync Ringcentral and SalesForce.
This needs to be done for Contacts and Leads!!! When I get calls to my RC app I have no idea who is calling me. I might have just left a message on a sales call, walk away from my desk, get a callback, and all it shows me is a number. After making 100 calls, I have no idea that it might be a top prospect and a VIP client calling me back.
This needs to happen.
Why even use Ringcentral with Salesforce at all if it is not going to integrate fully????
I can't believe this isn't already possible.. Was using piesync for this but hubspot just bought them an is ending the service... Its stuff like this that makes me think about switching to Twilio Flex
