When launching supervisor I want the ability to change an agents status for example if I wanted them in available and they were unavailable I can manually change their status for them or vice versa
Seems odd it wasn't included as a feature when phone system was launched.
This is a much needed option! Thank you for implementing!

This has been a big ask from our team. Especially if a team member forgets to change their status, when leaving for the day/lunch it can have an impact on WFM related metrics as well if they leave themselves in follow-up.
I am looking for the same thing. Thanks for adding this.
