Allow customer to filter out Missed Call in the Call Logs or Analytics

A customer of mine would like to get all missed call details so they can give the callers a call back, in a way that they do not need to download the logs, save into Excel file and do the filtering


I want to see at what times of the day we receive the most missed calls for analytics report

Overall percentage and number's for daily analytics report

Add a built-in filter for Outgoing Calls in the Call Log

Similar to the "Missed Calls" view, create a view that only shows your Outgoing calls. On the left, in the Call History section, there would be "All Calls," "Missed Calls," Outgoing Calls," and "Call Recordings." Maybe go ahead and add "Incoming" ...
