Public RingCentral Video API

Vote for this idea to join the waiting list for access to the upcoming RingCentral Video API.

This idea pertains to making available to developers and partners a public RingCentral Video API that would contain the following features:

  • Ability to create and schedule meetings, directly and on behalf of others

  • Ability to retrieve meeting history for a user, and across the entire account

  • Ability to retrieve meeting recordings

  • Ability to access fine-grained meeting activity logs, mute/unmute, share/unshare, join/leave events and more

  • Ability to post chat messages

  • Webhooks to notify services of meetings starting/ending

  • Webhooks to notify services of participants joining/leaving

  • Webhooks to notify services of chat events

    Lot of these features are already available in the RingCentral Video API (Beta), in case you haven't used it, you can request access via this page.
