Increasing Paging Only group to more than 25 devices

I have a client that needs to use this feature for tornado warnings, tornado drills, fire drills, mass alerts to the company. They have 75 devices on hand in various rooms throughout the facility and need to be able to page all of them to alert individuals in the building of an emergency.

A much needed feature as many have stated below for emergency notifications having multiple page zones isn’t ideal with a large user count.

I have a big deal 1000+ users and we need to be able to page more than 25 phones. Really need to fix this limitation asap.

Have smaller schools moving to Ring Central and would love to have a minimum of 75+ phones page ability for emergency situations.

I'm also in a situation where 25 is just not enough devices to page - our previous cloud phone provider could page much more and it wasn't an issue. Even if it is due to the fact that too much traffic could take down a network, that should be my concern and for me to test and make sure its okay, not for RingCentral to put a hard limit on the number. I have some situations where I have to page phones in multiple sites too, where they aren't all sharing the same bandwidth. Even if there was an option to set paging stages, where you can dial a page group, and it dials groups of 25 at a time, but it sends the same message out, so it could do 3 calls in succession to reach 75 phones, that would be a sufficient solution for us, but not for one person to have to dial 3 different paging groups to make it happen.

We're in the same boat, we need to be able to page more than just 25 devices in an emergency. As a work around we setup 4 different paging groups and setup speed dial with those extensions but in an urgent emergency having to stop and call each paging group is a non starter.

We have the same issue. Over 100+ phones in a homeless health center - we can only page 25 phones across two buildings and 5 separate floors. Safety issue! No way to alert staff of patient emergencies, active shooter, etc.

As many have stated before 25 is not enough. we have over 900 phones. i cant imagine needing to make a "page" to 36+ groups. that would be absurd

Agreed. As a school, we need to be able to set up groups of varying sizes to target individual grade levels/divisions.

I have the same issue as well. There needs to be a way to override that limitation as my corporate office has 100+ phones and need to have the ability to overhead page everyone.

This is a huge limitation for our business as well. We can't send medical codes out without making/paging multiple groups wasting precious time.

My org wishes to use the paging system as a broadcast system, too. 25 per group is too small. It's Time Consuming to page one group at a time in an emergency situation.

We have exactly the same issue - We have about 500 users - RingCentral is very limited ! It is irritating speaking to the support about it.

Please figure out a way to set up emergency page feature to more than 25 extensions. Currently we have 50 employee's who need to be notified in case of emergency.
