Admin Can set what Caller ID can use for certain Ext

to have the option of changing the caller ID. So, I can select which users have the option to change their caller ID from the dialer

    We have this feature! You can set the caller ID through your admin portal.
    Click this link https://support.ringcentral.com and look for "Configure Caller ID Settings"

    This can be done via User Roles
