Allow Call Handling Reordering Where the Physical Phone can Ring Prior to Desktop & Mobile

Only a small subset of our users will ever use the desktop app or mobile app. We would like to see the option for the desktop phone to have highest priority in sequential ring then move on to desktop or mobile if they are not at their desk. Right now the desktop & Mobile app have the "Order 1" priority and nothing can be moved above it. Please give us the flexibility to fully choose our call handling & forwarding ordering.

    Contact tech support - they were able to set this up for us. They have Auto-receiptionist forward to an extension and then setup a custom rule for the physical phone under users to handle the phone number+extension. Then you create different ring groups within the custom rule when a certain number is rang.
