Auto reply that number is disabled for SMS

Currently, there is no auto-reply to the sender if the RingCentral number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS.


I am requesting to have a system-generated reply to a sender if the RC number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS.

    Yes, to add, we need to have an option to enable auto-reply for regular SMS, for customers who might be out or who just needs to send basic-information texts to their clients
