Music on hold radio
We are a restaurant, and we recently switched over to ringcentral. We used to have with our old provider a "music on hold" which would play the music from our radio when we would place a customer on hold. The preloaded sounds are not that great, and the custom files for music are too short and it would be the same everytime.

Enable Audio Stream to play for on hold + IVR to choose type of Music / Content
1 - Essential enable Web based URL(s) or ATA input(S) of 1 or more Audio Streams for on hold music.
2 - When a person is on hold they can select the type of music they listen to (like what Apple does as an example) ... through a IVR.
3 - Enable a stream to also be able to be played on a single or multicast SIP enable speaker array and then be able to interrupt that (muting the stream) when an alarm or announcement needs to be made (like in a large department store).
