We use interpreters for our Spanish speaking members. Every time we call someone, we have to hang up on our interpreter and then call them back after each call. The phone app allows us to drop the member without dropping the interpreter. Maybe you guys could just bring it over to the computer app too.
The RC App does not allow me to drop off a conference call without also disconnecting the other parties of the call. When I used the Cisco 508 desktop phone it had a "join" feature that allowed me to drop off of a call without disconnecting the other parties.
It doesn't make sense that the RC Phone app allows you to remove a participant from a conference call but not the new application. Please add this as soon as possible as majority of my work day involves in making conference calls. Thanks.
The new RC app that has the phone/messaging/fax doe not allow you to end one person on a conference call. The RC phone app for Desktop does have this feature. This makes it very in convenient when we were told to down loan the new app and now it does not support this feature. We will have to re download the RC phone app for desktop JUST to use this feature.
