Allow users to quickly turn on or off their call queue ring status so they will not be disturbed during meetings/ breaks rather than completely removing themselves from the queue. A quick on and off feature in the RC App or the Phone application or the ability to schedule when their phone won’t ring during certain times in advance.

this is already available! users can set their availability either via the service web, or in the app. the queues also now have an option whether to let users manage their availabilty or now. you may just need to turn this option on in your queues.
