Fax Outbound Caller ID number

the outbound fax number in transmission results should show the DID of the user NOT the main number to avoid confusion on the side of the sender

What we are looking for is the "Fax Transmission Results" Email to indicate it came from the Fax Number selected in the Caller ID section that has already been selected for the User's account. We are aware of, and have already implemented the Caller ID numbers for the User's accounts (the same steps that Jessica Hernandez provided). In my attachment you'll see what we are looking for. The Fax Transmission Results Email that is generated to the Sender of the Fax currently shows our "Company Number" and "Ext" (redacted) vs showing the Sender's Fax Number selected in the User's Caller ID section that is already in place for the User.

    Thank you!

I agree. This is confusion for the users because it is saying that a number that is not their RC number is their fax number. This should be a simple fix in where this number is pulled from on the notice.

    Hello,

This functionality exists in the admin portal. For more information on how to do this, check out instructions on how to do so here: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/3614.html.
