Unconditional Call forwarding

If we have a Call Queue and an extension assigned to a call Queue, I have extensions that auto forward to an external non Ring Central phone number and would like to be able to make it forward with out have to answer and press 1. If we dial the ext directly we don't have to press 1 but not if the extension is rang to the call Queue.

    Hello there!

    The removal of press 1 in our call forwarding feature is available. You need to disable it through your admin portal.

    Go to and look for "Configuring user extension Incoming Call Information settings"
