We are just coming over to RingCentral from an on-prem solution. This is a feature that we are losing by moving to Ring Central.
Currently inside Ring Central Admin portal you have the ability to
Record Incoming Calls
Record Outbound Calls
New Option Do Not Record Extension
The scenario is the CEO or other C-Suite Employee who's calls are not being recorded. CEO calls an employee who's calls are recorded and then you have the Situation where C-Suite call is being recorded. The do not record should override other settings.
Simple request is add option for calls to not be Recorded. How the options would be selected in my example
Record Incoming Calls - No
Record Outbound Calls - No
Do Not Record Extension - Yes
