Vertafore AMS360 insurance agency management software

It would be great if the number could match to customer records and open them as a call comes in and save activities (calls, faxes, texts) directly to the customer record

    We have used RingCentral since 2005 and its capabilities have flourished.

    The competition for this segment is: DYL, Bridge, and Lightspeed Voice. DYL is the one to beat with respect to integration and features.
