We need ability to receive real-time alerts when an issue is posted on your service status page. And an ability to subscribe to these alerts, as many other vendors provide. Webhook availability for PagerDuty or Slack would be even better.
The OP requested to know if this would be available in PagerDuty or Slack. Are there plans for that? Many services support this with the use of Statuspage from Jira and other options. Otherwise, I need to read each email, determine if it affects us, and then forward it to the right people which is not efficient.
Filters on the specificity of alerts would be great as well. I should only be alerted if my services are impacted. I don't need to know about all of RC issues.
