whenever you use the rc phone there is an option to press f6 and it will make an outgoing call apparently when you use the rc app it does not have the same option. Merged
please refer to 1601 kb article for short keys on rc phone .since rc is migrating to rc app from rc phone . I request that this options be added too on the ring central app
This is a crucial feature for me as the nature of my business requires me to dial a number quicker than my competition. My ability to do that has been greatly diminished now that this feature is not available. I cannot estimate how much I have lost because of this...
Since losing the app (and with it F6), there are at least two extra clicks to make a phone call (more with extensions). It adds up when you make outgoing calls all day long.
Please implement this for the app, it's a big deal for those of us making a lot of outbound calls.
