Currently the process for a user to change their Avaya password and/or PIN is tedious. It is 8 clicks within the web portal to complete and the Change PIN option is buried inside Change Password, which is misleading for users until familiar with the process.
I would like to propose "Change Password" and "Change PIN" be quick access options in the portal when you click your account name or be links in the Resources pane on the right when you first log in.
If this could also be changed via API, that would be great
