Archiver has come out of beta and a new 30 day search limit has been applied.
I now cannot determain quickly how many recordings are in my recording solution (prior was no limit)
I cannot do a single SAR searches via the archiver tool, It has to be done in batches. 2 telephone numbers over 1 year means 24 unique searches and a lot of wasted time.
:/
Richard,
I'd like to understand your pain points better. Feel free to schedule a call with me here, preferably after 5pm PT http://calendly.com/joori-kim

Hi, thanks for the replies, surely this data is already processed and known to RC.
a lot of call detail is derived from the call log, surely a flag stating archived or not is also known and its just processing that data? i understand that will have a load on the servers. just struggle to understand how that becomes overwhelming for the system to manage.
maybe just an overall count then, as it becomes difficult to identify and understand the data when segregated.
Total Archived Calls = 200k
Failed Archived Calls = 1
in progress = 2
even out of the analytics area? something...anything just i now have to manually add up 30 day sections.
Hello Richard, Unfortunately, we have put the search limit in place since without this it will cause a lot of archiver performance issues for all users as we continue to scale to more users.
Hey, Richard! I'm working with the integrations team that manages this RingCentral Archiver Beta project.
