Remove ability for user to delete a recording of their own

As an owner, I would not want my salespeople to have the ability to delete a call. Especially, if they are rude to a customer. A user should not be allowed to delete a recording.

Some of my employees are deleting calls and texts for conversations that go bad. This defeats the purpose of having call recording. I need to be able to set permissions for certain accounts not to allow this. Thank you

Standard users should not have the ability to delete call recordings. That should be an admin only feature.
