HIPAA Compliant Fax Issue Merged

You are pushing everyone to the RingCentral App which does NOT have a custom fax coversheet. That would not be a problem if you had a HIPAA compliant built in coversheet but you DO NOT. RingCentral says they are HIPAA compliant however HIPAA requires a protected health information disclosure statement on EVERY Fax coversheet containing Protected Health Information. That means RingCentral is NOT HIPAA compliant. I have been using the RC Phone app with my own custom coversheet to make the RC HIPAA compliant but this app is being retired. You are selling a product stating it is compliant and probably misleading many other healthcare providers that they are following HIPAA protocols by using your product but that is not true unless RC makes a HIPAA complaint Fax Coversheet. I have requested this before but it needs to be handled ASAP. This should be a very easy fix, please create a HIPAA compliant Fax Coversheet as soon as possible so we can continue using your product.
